Information we collect
When you request coaching, NSRP collects the contact details, availability, coaching goals, and—when relevant—dog information that you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use this information only to review your request, communicate with you, schedule sessions, and maintain notes needed to support that coaching relationship. Authorized NSRP administrators can access these records.
Storage and retention
Coaching information is stored in NSRP’s protected Cloudflare database and retained only as long as it is operationally necessary to manage requests and related sessions.
Access or deletion
To ask about your information or request deletion, reply to the NSRP email conversation associated with your coaching request. We do not sell coaching-request information.
